Parents, get your kids ready for an engaging, interactive, and educational summer!
The SMWV is proud to share with you the 2024 Summer Camp lineup that will get your child excited to explore the world of STEAM. Camps this year will encourage students to learn about various fields of Science, such as Astronomy, Entomology, or even, the Creative side of science. Each camp week has content, and activities designed by our skilled education department to make a truly unforgettable experience.
This summer, the Science Museum of Western Virginia is offering 9 weeks of exciting STEM camps, starting June 10th and ending August 9th. Each camp runs from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM, with aftercare available from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM for an additional charge.
Whether your child is just starting out or is ready for more advanced learning, we have a camp for them! Our camps are split into two age groups: K-2nd & 3rd-5th. Join us for a summer of hands-on discovery and fun!
