What makes science more enjoyable? Beer!
Each month, events alternate between ‘STEM Trivia’, a science, technology, engineering and math based trivia night, and ‘Craft Bar’, a chance to unleash your inner child and take part in a fun science-based activity.
For every beer sold during the event, Big Lick Brewing Co. are generously donating $1 to the Science Museum. This does not, however, mean that you have to purchase or consume alcohol to participant – all are welcome!

CraftBar is a family friendly event that combines good fun and good beer. Bring your friends and family and we will guide you through an engaging, hands-on activity with plenty of laughs and chances for you to express your more creative side.
This month we will be making Valentine’s with simple electric circuits to really bring them to life! Our educators will give you a brief guide on how to make you card, and will be on-hand to help throughout the evening. You don’t need to bring anything along as we provide all the supplies you will need to construct your masterpiece!
Starter kits cost $5 and include paper, copper tape, a battery and some LED lights to make your card. There will be more materials available to make your Valentine more extravagant at no extra cost!
Join us at Big Lick Brewing Company (409 Salem Ave.) at 6:00-7:30pm on Monday February 11th and release your inner child!
